1. Scope of Services

We provide the following services ("Services"):

• Ed-Tech Services: Online legal courses (e.g., AIBE preparation), webinars, and digital downloads.
• Tech Integration Services: Setup, management, and consultancy for WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
• Legal Services: Drafting, consultancy, and other legal-tech solutions.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features (LMS or API Dashboards), you must create an account. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• No Account Sharing: Course access is personal to you. Sharing login credentials with others is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

A. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly marked "GST Inclusive."

B. No Refund Policy

Exceptions to this policy are made only if a transaction was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment for the same item), subject to verification.

4. WhatsApp Business API Specific Terms

If you subscribe to our WhatsApp Business Cloud API integration services, the following special terms apply:

• Role Definition: GoLegal acts solely as a "Tech Provider." You are the "Data Controller" and owner of the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).
• Compliance: You are strictly prohibited from using the API to send spam, scams, or prohibited content (e.g., gambling, adult content) as defined by Meta's Commerce Policy.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify GoLegal against any penalties, bans, or legal actions taken by Meta Platforms, Inc. resulting from your messaging content or practices.
• Platform Fees: Any conversation charges imposed by Meta/WhatsApp are payable directly by you or reimbursed to us as per the billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the platform, including but not limited to video lectures, PDF notes, drafting templates, code snippets, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vidhiconnect Private Limited.

• License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, educational, or internal business use only.
• Prohibitions: You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or modify our content. Unauthorized distribution of our course material is a criminal offense under the Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Educational Disclaimer (Not Legal Advice)

While our courses are taught by qualified Advocates and legal professionals:

• Educational Purpose: The content is for educational and informational purposes only.
• No Attorney-Client Relationship: Purchasing a course or template does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Vidhiconnect Pvt Ltd or Mr. Sushant Sapra.
• Exam Results: We do not guarantee specific results in exams (such as AIBE) or legal proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or business profits).
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service in the 6 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:

• You breach these Terms (e.g., sharing account access).
• You engage in abusive behavior towards our support staff or instructors.
• You use our services for unlawful activities.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
